The strong operating performance of our properties lifted the value of NEPI Rockcastle’s investment property portfolio to €8.2 billion.

New business streams renewable energy
In 2025 the 30 operational installations contributed with €9.6 million to Group’s NOI as a new business stream for NR. €10 million are scheduled to be invested in 22 on-site PV projects across 6 countries. Additionally, €70 million will be invested in greenfield PV projects with the aim to expand the capacity by 105MW in Romania and €47 million will be invested in battery energy storage.
