Anca Nacu joined NEPI Rockcastle in 2013. She initially served as Investments Manager, later advanced to Group Investments Director, and was promoted to Chief Investment Officer effective 1 April 2026.
She has been involved in over €3 billion transactions throughout Central and Eastern Europe, driving investment strategy, capital allocation and high-level negotiations. Anca brings deep expertise and a strong track record in value creation across the region and holds extensive knowledge of the eight CEE markets where NEPI Rockcastle operates, playing a key role in shaping the Company’s growth trajectory.
Prior to joining NEPI Rockcastle, she was a Senior Manager at PwC, where she specialised in audit and financial due diligence across Romania and international markets. She developed broad expertise in transaction execution, financial analysis and risk assessment through complex cross-border projects.
Anca is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master’s degree from Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
