Andrei Radu is Group Development Director at NEPI Rockcastle. Since joining the company in 2014, as Project Manager he has played a key role in shaping its development strategy, and since 2017 he has been the leader of all major development and extension projects across the portfolio under the current position.
Mr. Radu oversees the construction and development of the Group’s most ambitious greenfield and extension projects, his responsibilities spanning through the full development cycle, from concept and architectural design to execution and delivery. All the projects developed within Group in the past 9 years have been built under his guidance.
At NEPI Rockcastle he supervises a team of 38 people consisting of Project Managers, Architects, Cost Controllers and Tenants Coordinators.
He also leads the company’s Green Energy business development, managing large scale sustainability initiatives such as photovoltaic plants on rooftops and greenfield, supporting NEPI Rockcastle’s long term ESG and energy efficiency commitments.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in construction and real estate, Andrei continues to drive forward some of the most transformative projects in the company’s portfolio.
