Justyna Bartosz was appointed Group Leasing Director at NEPI Rockcastle in April 2026. She is a recognized leader in the retail real estate industry, having over 20 years of experience driving growth and strategic partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe.
Justyna leads a team of 36 people, overseeing 57 shopping centres spanning 2.4M sqm GLA and more than 8,000 leases. She has played a pivotal role in shaping NEPI Rockcastle’s leasing strategy, securing landmark market entries with international brands, introducing premier concept stores, and strengthening the Company’s position as a premier gateway for global retailers across CEE.
She joined Rockcastle in 2016 (one year prior the merger with NEPI) as Retail Asset Manager and was promoted to Group Head of Leasing in 2024.
Prior to this, she was engaged in a decade of employment within the commercial real estate advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on Retail, where she successfully negotiated complex lease agreements and high-profile tenant placements.
Justyna holds a Master’s degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies on Property Market at Kozminski University.
