Ramona Simulescu has been the Group HR Director of NEPI Rockcastle since 2018, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational transformation across Central and Eastern Europe. Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record of partnering with executive leaders, middle management, and non‑executive boards to shape people’s strategies aligned with business performance and long‑term organizational growth.
Ramona has been instrumental in shaping NEPI Rockcastle’s HR strategy and building a modern, integrated people function. She oversees strategic workforce planning, talent development, leadership programs, performance frameworks, culture initiatives, and the evolution of HR practices across multiple markets.
Prior to joining NEPI Rockcastle, her professional journey included four years with a UK‑based training company, and over 13 years with PwC in Romania and the CEE region.
Ramona holds a Certified Executive Coach qualification from the Academy of Executive Coaching UK (AoEC) obtained in 2011, completed the Business Coaching Academy within PwC in 2013, and graduated in 2025 with an Executive Coaching Certificate from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland—one of Europe’s leading institutions for executive education.
